1.1 Scope of Services

Account Registration and Identity Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,000, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. Winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn after wagering the bonus 25 times.

To receive the bonus, the first deposit after registration must be made within the specified time period. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly, and the bonus may be cancelled if wagering conditions are not met.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using manipulative betting strategies, or attempting to earn bonuses through any fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on bj operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome fully independent and unpredictable. Any attempt to influence game results using external software is prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, bj will attempt to refund the bet for that round. However, bj is not responsible for issues on the member's end, including loss of internet connection.

6.3 VIP Program

Regular active members can progress through three tiers in the bj VIP program: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% cashback. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through fraudulent means.
• Selling or transferring an account to another person.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the system or games.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards bj staff.

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

bj may temporarily suspend any account for investigation purposes. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any related bonus funds will be forfeited. A separate decision will be made regarding the return of legitimate funds (the member's own deposited funds outside of wagering conditions).
